New residential firm was created by young architects who after years of working in high-profile firms decided to venture out on their own. Firm was formed in late 2000 with 3 employees total and by 2003 has grown to 6+ employees and a very strong workload. Both principals have been very successful in marketing and providiing strong customer service to their clients because they did not, nor do not worry about day to day business issues. Administrative Designs set-up all business functions to include processes and procedures in administration, human resources, billing, accounting, equipment, etc. This allows principals to concentrate on getting work in the door and making sure it goes out with the highest quality. A reporting system is in place which gives the principals weekly updates on all facets of the business so they are continually 'in the know' as to how things are running; they just don't have to deal with running it all. Worked with several small to medium sized architectural firms such as Porth Architects, Ltd., B. Aaron Parker + Associates, 20 Below Studio, Albertsson Hansen Architecture and many more. Also have branched into related businesses such as managing all business functions for Lakes Area Realty of Minneapolis & Spicer, Minnesota.
